1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using BladeFinance, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with all terms and conditions herein.

3. User Accounts and Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) credentials that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We strongly encourage the use of strong passwords and enabling 2FA for enhanced security.

4. Financial Services

4.1 Cryptocurrency Exchange

BladeFinance provides cryptocurrency exchange services. We do not guarantee the value of any digital asset. The cryptocurrency market is volatile, and you trade at your own risk.

4.2 Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Trading

Our P2P platform connects buyers and sellers. While we provide escrow services to secure disputes, we are not a party to the transactions between users. You are responsible for verifying the counterparty before proceeding with any trade.

4.3 Money Transfer

Money transfers are processed through our partner networks. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and method (Bank, Mobile Money). BladeFinance is not liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

5. KYC and Compliance

To comply with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) regulations, we require all users to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that fail to provide necessary identity verification documents or are suspected of illicit activities.

6. Fees and Payments

You agree to pay the fees for transactions as described on our platform. Fees are subject to change without prior notice, but will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes.
• Harassing, abusing, insulting, harming, defaming, slander, disparage, intimidating, or discriminating based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability.
• Submitting false or misleading information.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BladeFinance, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
